Contribute an FDA Inspection Story
Have an inspection lesson worth sharing? We welcome high-level proposals from former FDA field investigators, center personnel, and other experienced regulatory professionals.
Two editorial paths
- Factual case studies: grounded in public records or information you are authorized to share, with sources and permissions checked.
- Fictionalized readings: invented characters and scenes, explicitly labeled as fiction, to explore a professional decision or inspection theme.
Do not submit confidential FDA deliberations, nonpublic company records, patient information, or identifiable stories about others. Do not assume changing names alone makes a real story appropriate to publish. We will discuss sources, permissions, attribution, and editorial terms before publication.
