Community guidelines & profile privacy
FDAinspections.com is operated by Global Regulatory LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is independent of FDA. These guidelines explain the member community; the Website Terms and Privacy Policy also apply.
Use questions carefully
Members can ask inspection-preparation questions, discuss learning materials, and describe high-level professional needs. A question or reply is not a verified fact, an official agency interpretation, or legal, medical, or regulatory advice. Contributors are responsible for what they submit. The site does not endorse every view, verify every claim, or guarantee an outcome.
Moderation
New topics and replies from regular members are held for review. Administrators and designated moderators can publish and moderate. We can decline, remove, or request edits to unsuitable content. Review is for community operation and does not certify technical accuracy.
Protect confidential information
Do not post patient information, confidential firm records, nonpublic FDA information, unauthorized documents, personal attacks, or unsubstantiated allegations about identifiable people or companies. Use fictional or properly authorized examples. Sign-in protection is not a confidential project workspace.
Profiles and visibility
Profile title, company, industry, and introduction are self-reported. Directory visibility is off until you choose to appear. You can change that choice on your dashboard. Name, title, company, industry, and introduction are then visible to signed-in directory users. Email, country, and timezone are not shown in that directory. Forum posts normally identify the account display name.
Shared sign-in and program interests
WordPress supplies one account for the website, WooCommerce, and bbPress discussions. Saved contact preferences prefill onsite program interest forms. You must still confirm the selected program and consent. An interest is not a ticket or purchase. External FDA events use their organizer’s registration process.
Consulting and professional requests
Describe needs at a high level. A post does not create an engagement, endorsement, employment offer, or obligation to respond. Discuss project details, permissions, scope, fees, and confidentiality separately with appropriate parties.
